Magic eraser should work fine for this job.
Buy new ones by Nordicware (?) at WalMart or Sam's Club. They are commercial weight and come in several sizes. Have had mine for years, and very little has stuck. If something sticks, it comes off with a plastic scrubber or a few strokes with a Brillo pad. Not cheap but will last you a lifetime and are worth the $.
The only thing I've ever found is a brillo pad and elbow grease. Please don't use oven cleaner! It will get your cookie sheets a really ugly finish and dull and you'll end up throwing them in the trash. If you use some parchment paper they will stay pretty.
