Vinegar should do the trick. You may need to soak a cloth in vinegar and lay it on the calcium for a while to help dissolve the build up.

White vinegar undiluted. Soak a rag with it straight and place it over the stain and let it soak. Otherwise I have used toilet bowl cleaner or TSP. Found at Wal-Mart and hardware stores. Limeaway work but slower.

Try using Barkeeper's Friend, a very good cleanser for all manner of sinks, porcelain or stainless steel.
