Orange Glow products work well. I use the wipes and because they have oils in them, the oils from your finger prints don't show very much at all.

Any oil-based product seems to work well...lemon oil, orange oil, olive oil, mineral oil. Just be sure to wipe it down good afterwards..to get off the oily film. Also, I've found pledge all purpose in the blue can works well.

I agree with Laurie, I use mineral oil because we have dogs & cats & I sure don't want them to get any residue on themselves, as some of the oils can cause illness in pets! The Pledge brand she mentioned works well too. I've even used baby oil in a pinch- lol

I have tried several different methods to clean stainless. I have found that making a paste with Barkeepers Friend & a little water is the fastest way to clean. Just rub it on, rinse with a clean wet cloth, wipe dry. I then spray countertop polish on a dry cloth and "polish" your appliance. This keeps the fingerprints off for months. I do this about 3 times a year. (Be sure and spray the countertop polish on a cloth--not on your appliances-- because you don't want to get any on the floor. It is very slick. )

I clean houses professionally and this is my favorite product - Weiman Stainless Steel Cleaner & Polish. It does a good job of cleaning and helps prevent fingerprints. All mass merchandisers and Amazon carry it. A little goes a long way once you've cleaned your appliance with it several times.

Glad to see all these answers. I have a stainless sink I have hated from the very beginning! I've never seen anything that could collect crud like this, even scrubbing it several time a week.
