How to remove a blue ring in my toilet stool at the top of the water?

I have toilets in two bathrooms. I clean them the same. I have NEVER used anything blue in them! I have a blue line about 1/2 inch in the one. I have no idea what causes it! I haven't found anything to remove it. Asked plumber and he was puzzled and had no answer. I'd sure appreciate an answer. Has anyone else ever had this happen???

Since it’s only one toilet in your house, I would agree with Janet‘s answer but instead of it being your water supply, I would suggest that the one toilet is plumbed using copper. The cleaning suggestion in her post would still be valid. 😊
I use Lysol toilet cleaner in the black bottle. Let it sit for a 15 minutes and use my good toilet brush. I like the Lysol. The bottle can squirt under the rim and get everything sparkling.
If you can buy CLR, it will clean it.
I will definitely try to get some. Haven't tried it. Thanx!
