Frames are stuck onto oak and it's the front of a murphy bed, I don't want to wreck the wood just remove the pic/frames someone glued on tight.

Are you absolutely sure it's glued on? House I just moved into had a wooden plaque solidly stuck in the door. Turns out it was mounted on screws and slid down into slots of the back.

Try using a stiff putty knife and see if they can be pried off gently. If the glue is construction adhesive, you may need to cut thru the glue with the putty knife as you pry. Then use WD40 to remove any glue residue.

Try fishing line. Slip it behind the frame, than saw your way through as if you were flossing your teeth.

Try heating the frame with a hair dryer set on high to soften the glue then quickly (before it cools again) & gently use a thin putty knife to pry the frame off. You can also try to drizzle white mineral oil between the frame & bed to soften the glue or use a combination of both.

I agree with William and Nana Pam. Try a putty knife.

I've tried to put a knife, hairdryer, but didn't feel that it was going to work without wrecking the wood. Will try the suggestion of fishing line .
