Are you using distilled water in the steam mop? If not, the holes where the steam comes out are probably plugged. Try putting white vinegar through your steamer. This can clean the holes out. You may have to do it a couple of times.
check the part the steam escapes from some can get clogged if hard water is used to fill the machine
Add a little white vinegar to the water. It most likely is a mineral deposit clogging the steam vents. Do you know if you have hard water?
I had the same problem. Try filling it with cleaning vinegar. You may have mineral buildup if you used tap water instead of distilled water.
