We just cut up a very large pine tree that died and have pine sap on all sorts of things. What can I use other than scraping it off the tile?
What do you do on a regular basis to clean?
If your wood floors are dark, you can use brewed tea.
My floors are dark, so I gather up about 5 ( inexpensive ) tea bags, brew them up, and then alow it to cool somewhat.
The natural dye from the tea will stain the scratches that you might have on your wooden floor. As well it will leave a beautiful shine. No soap is needed.
Hope this will help.

DIY Hardwood Floor Cleaner
If it's just dust, I recommend a microfiber dry mop and use it every day. I have one and I bought extra "Head" so I can use a clean one ever time I use it.
