Need help with stained granite countertop

I set a bottle of prescription shampoo on my granite countertop and forgot it overnight. Now there is a ring. I tried granite cleaner and polish, reapplying multiple times without success. HELP!

try kitty litter and leave it there quite a while...my brother in law spilled hydralic oil on ours when he was creating or installing our countertop and that's what he did.

I just put it on today, and I will leave it there for awhile since I have tried three other suggestions yet the stain still remains. Thank you to all for your advice. I will keep plugging away till something works!
