I use Softscrub on my kitchen sink faucet. My bathroom ones are newer so I just clean those every day. .I'm changing out my kitchen faucet because of the hard water. My landlord won't replace it so I will.

wet toweling with vinegar and let it “soak” for about half an hour. It should loosen the deposits. You may have to do it several times. Then rinse and try Lime Away.

I cut a lemon in half. And rub my faucets, If really bad I let it set on it for a few minutes. If they are bad it might take some time. Good luck!
