Clean with whit vinegar and then wax with car wax
I have had good luck with CLR.
The Dollar Store and 99 Cent Store sells a product called Awesome. It cleans EVERYTHING!! I use it in my showers/tubs and the soap scum comes off.
I use furniture on my glass shower doors, this keeps the build up off and water mark free. Spray polish directly on a soft polishing cloth, not in the shower. The furniture polish is a polish and can be slippery. use on the scum build up, you may have to work for a while, if the build up is heavy, but it will come clean. Then keep up the furniture polish cleaning and you will have clean shower doors. Deluted Dawn dish detergent with a scrubby sponge, works too, then keep maintenance up with the polish. Get scrubbing!
make a mixture of white vinegar and water 50/50 add a dab of blue dawn dish soap and a dab of jet dry
I use a mixture of Blue dawn dish soap (5-6 oz) in a 32 oz empty water bottle, fill with vinegar. In the cap, either make slits with a knife or poke holes and give the bottle a mix. Spritz all over your shower/tub, then brush with a dollar store broom tto spread it around. Let set for about 30 min rinse well. Keep this broom dedicated for this purpose so your shower does not get scratched. Repeat as needed.
To prevent after you have cleaned it, wipe or squeegie til dry. Then coat with automotive wax, some people use Rainex with success.
