How can I remove paint from concrete driveway and/or vinyl siding?

You might try paint remover and a stiff brush on the vinyl, and use the paint remover and a wire brush on the driveway.
Try citristrip a safe non toxic paint remover

You could try pressure washing the driveway to remove it, I used the pressure washer to take the paint off my cement patio and it worked....took a looong time, but it worked withou chemicals
Try Super Clean (can be purchased at any auto parts store or Walmart). Just spray it on and let it sit for a few minutes, then rinse really well and then rinse some more. As for the vinyl siding, I have never tried this on vinyl before.
