The is something called Stain Wizard for all sorts of Problems, Maybe it might be able to help. Otherwise, Why not call the manufacturer of the Sealer and ask for their Advice.....

What is the siding made off? You would need some kind of stripper, but not sure what your surface is.
Don't try gasoline. You might end up with a much bigger problem than stained siding, and your home insurer might take a dim view.
