What is the best way to remove rust from patio furniture?

Sand the furniture with steel wool -

Use soapy water and a brush to scrub the chairs first, and then paint them with a coat of Rustoleum spray paint to prevent them from rusting again in the future -

I used white vinegar. let it set for a few minutes and scrape off the rust. -

You can also use CLR. -

I use Brillo pads and Vinegar. After letting it set on the rust for a couple minutes, I go over it with a stiff scrub brush. Then use Rust-Oleum. -

make a paste of white vinegar and baking soda,use plain coke,or make a paste with cream of tartar and lemon juice all for rust removal -
