How to get rid of dog hair from baseboards?
My dog does not shed a lot but when he does, I have a hard time getting rid of the hair from along the baseboards. I have tried a dryer sheet but that did not help. Any suggestions

Try Swiffer products. You can use the Swiffer sweeper, so the sheets hook on to the long Swiffer piece and you can clean the baseboards without having to bend down. The dog hair should stick to the sweeper pads.
Vacuum them up with the attachment that has the smallest opening. Those duster things that you put on the wand might help to keep it picked up (I have two of the extension wands, I use one for the ceiling fans & one for baseboards & to get behind the furniture. It sure helps on my back.)
We have two large shedding fur babies and use sticky tape or duct tape to remove the hair in those tight corners. Test it on a small space to make sure it doesn't remove the paint too.
I agree with everyone about the dusters and or vacuum. However, you will have to periodically get the baseboards damp to remove the stock on hair and dander and dust in your home. You can use just plain water and a damp rag, using a toothbrush for tight corners. Magic sponges work great as well.
This will need to be a weekly task to prevent the hair from adhering. I like the dusters with the little chenille fingers that are washable better than swiffers because they get into corners better. https://www.amazon.com/Libman-00092-Microfiber-Duster/dp/B002YLV4X0#immersive-view_1539091713394
A damp microfiber cloth is good but that will involve a lot of bending. I bought a set of dusters that work very well and even picks up glitter.

That would have been my first suggestion, but maybe some sort of squeegee or something rubber to grab the hair.
