How do I remove marks from suction cups from my picture window?

The previous home owner used to hang crystal ornaments on the picture window and they have left a residue that seems impossible to remove. How can I remove the circles left behind by the suction cups?

Hello Mel! Can you tell us what cleaning products you have already used? That will be helpful in figuring out a solution to your problem.
I have tried vinegar. Maybe rubbing alcohol or a magic eraser would do the trick. I’m reluctant to try something abrasive. The mark doesn’t appear to be raised. It’s more of a residue from the suction cup.
