Take them down, bring them outside when it's hot, use dish liquid to clean them. Take the dish liquid randomly squirt on blinds. Take the hose and give it a spray on the nozzle that's not blasting. Let it dry in the sun.

A friend of mine told me about this cleaner that she bought at a dollar store called "Awesome." I took mine outside, hung them and sprayed with Awesome. I was able to wipe and rinse off with hose. I was amazed how clean they got. May depend on what yours are made out of and I would test a corner before spraying the whole blind.

Take outside as noted above. Open them up and scrub them with a bath brush gently using warm dishsoap water. Rinse well and let dry in the sun.
