shelves/cupboards for storage!! small clear jars or boxes to hold the beads in an organized manner -- color, size, material ( glass, metal, wood, bone, plastic, etc. ) Shallow boxes/trays for the pliers, needles, wires, etc., and separate containers for each type of 'fastener', earring hooks, etc.
A comfortable table with a felt or fabric surface to keep the beads from rolling away! Good lighting -- an LED strip light or an LED Drafting lamp with a large magnifying glass in the center -- they clamp on to table edges ... Amazon has a great one ...

If you don't have a work surface, try using either a card table or find an older desk at a second hand place. I too use the cabinet that Elizabeth has in her photo. Your best bet is check out the ideas on Pinterest, also if you are on Facebook check out this group, Craft Hoarders. Yes, you read it right but there are many people on there that are on a budget, many have posted pictures of their rooms. you might get some ideas.
