Pick up some foam board, paint it a midnight blue. You can sponge paint a few clouds or the moon. Poke small holes and pop in fairy lights.

Purchase a folding presentation board (sold at some dollar stores), paint a pretty medium to dark blue. Either paint on stars in yellow or white or both. Or find reflective stars in the sticker section and add. I would also add some random clear rhinestones or tiny gems to give a twinkle or sparkle.
Or if you want to go all out, poke tiny holes and insert itsy bitsy string lights - many now are battery powered and found in any hobby or craft shop.
Great project! Have fun!
