Hi Millie, you can make ribbon into bows are drape it around the tree like a garland.
Just start your ribbons at the top of the tree. Tuck the edge into the needles. Wind the ribbon around the tree angling downward as you go. Weave the ribbon lightly among the branches as you go. Here's a link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2fmJM-7jMeo
