I'd imagine you'd have to heat it up using something like a welding tool, but I haven't ever done it myself. Here's a post about it.

You can apply heat to make it bendable, you could use a propane torch as a way to do this, what also might work is over the flame of a gas stove.
I would hold the key with long handled pliers and a potholder on the far end of the pliers.
Wear safety glasses.
I would be extremely careful if you decide to use the open flame of a gas stove. A soldering iron is smaller and might work just as well for something small like this. Echo the precautions suggested above and heat slowly...you may also have to use a rubber mallet to help with the bending. Sounds like a cool idea!
