Liquid Nails
If it is something you might want to try velcro and I have seen people use silicon caulking also. The trim would need to be taped in place until it is dry. The velcro is more if you want to take this down occasionally.
Make sure you paint the backside of the trim. I learned the hard way. 👍 to liquid nails. You can also use a little hot glue in spots just to help hold in place while the liquid nails dry.
Try E6000 glue
Construction adhesive.
Any kind of construction adhesive would do the trick.
I've seen several projects where someone used Command Strips. If you feel it's going to be there permanently you can use Loctite's Power Grab. It's slow setting but holds well. Another option is paneling adhesive like Liquid Nails.
Gorilla glue

Hi there,
Maybe Double Sided Tape or otherwise wood glue. Good luck!
Thank you!
