How do I properly use the E6000 glue with the hot glue to adhere glas?
I watch a lot of diy videos on YouTube of diy’ers who use the E6000 glue and hot glue to adhere glass items together. My issue with this process is that after I do the same thing, the items come undone eventually. So my question is what can I do to make the items remain adhered together?

They make gorilla glue and it is clear for glass. I used it and have never had any problems
Carleton has a good idea. When using the E6000 and hot glue together you're just using the hot glue to keep it in place while the E6000 dries. Are you using them together? If so that's probably why they are falling apart. I've used E6000 on a lot of things and it works great. If you have the option, just use the E6000. Good luck.
I just use E6000. Hot glue does not hold well and softens from heat.
