What about the tubular foam pipe insulation used in plumbing? You could cut your length needed, then cut a slit (craft knife) the length and cover the "pants part" of the hanger. It might need some duct tape or something similar to hold it back together. I thought of this because we cut a slit the length of a pool noodle and put it on the inside of the garage door. No more dings on the hatch of SUV!Helpful Reply -
