What is the best adhesive for gluing porcelain to porcelain?

What is the best adhesive for gluing porcelain to porcelain? I used E6000 in an attempt to glue a porcelain cup to a porcelain saucer with zero success.

I use construction cement it will hold though you may want to use some touch up paint to cover the glue a bit! -

I ended up using Gorilla Glue Super Glue and it worked GREAT! Thanks for all of your help!
