I don't see why not. I have not tried it. I use E-6000 most of the time. I also use hot glue. are you worried the mirror will be ruined? If not no for it. Gorilla Glue is a permanent glue, if that's what you need. Good luck. Maybe post here to see your creation?
Becareful with gorilla glue it expands.Try using a specialized glue for ceramic tiles instead.
I agree with Janet. You can get glass glue at the dollar tree now. But yes, just about any glue would work except hot glue. It dries out and if both surfaces are shiny and smooth, there isn't much to adhere to.
E6000 or silicon will do it

yes..or super glue. keep the pieces close together or you will need to grout so it looks finished and intentional
