Once plastic is sun bleached the color is gone and can't really be brought back. Krylon Fusion paint might be an alternative for you though. Good luck! -

You can buy plastic spray paint. It’s not cheap but I’ve used iron chairs and it lasts a long time. -

Rustoleum Painter's Touch, $3.87 a can at Home Depot. I use it on plastic Adirondack chairs and they have stayed looking new with only one recoat in ten years. -

No. The sun's done what the sun does and the plastic has faded. You can paint them with Rustoleum spray paint to give them some color.
