Once plastic is sun bleached the color is gone and can't really be brought back. Krylon Fusion paint might be an alternative for you though. Good luck!
You can buy plastic spray paint. It’s not cheap but I’ve used iron chairs and it lasts a long time.
Rustoleum Painter's Touch, $3.87 a can at Home Depot. I use it on plastic Adirondack chairs and they have stayed looking new with only one recoat in ten years.
You don't. Sun fades everything.
No. The sun's done what the sun does and the plastic has faded. You can paint them with Rustoleum spray paint to give them some color.
