As you said, Frederick Cooper is still in business and you can contact them and ask about vintage lamps. If they can't help you directly they may be able to direct you to a place where you can. https://frederickcooper.com/
Not sure if they ever replied to you.
Your best bet would be to find an educated, local appraiser.
There are also online appraisals, but they may not be as reliable.

I don't know much about these lamps but your best resource is the company. If they didn't respond, try another avenue with them such as a different phone number or email.
Otherwise, I'd suggest following Kim's advice above and finding a reputable appraiser. Calling a few antique stores might help you find one. And don't forget, if an appraiser offers you money for it, refuse; they don't have your best interests at heart and they are not reputable.
I have some old antiques and I am thinking of using this I heard its great https://www.askantiqueexperts.com/antique-appraisers?r=ppc%7Cgalpa%7C47%7CAntiques-Search-AntiqueAppraisalsExpansion-SQR1-Exact%7CAntiqueAppraisersExpansion-SQR1-Exact%7C&JPMCC=8154793046&JPKW=lamp%20appraiser&JPDC=S&JPST=&JPAD=495017015507&JPMT=e&JPNW=g&JPAF=txt&JPRC=1&JPCD=&JPOP=&cmpid=12195699792&agid=116708240043&fiid=&tgtid=kwd-1180345587314&ntw=g&dvc=c&gclid=Cj0KCQjw4v2EBhCtARIsACan3nyPPVM4eRugJU__AXkFM1se39FLpIa9NGyADPS-Z_Q0KYgy9sL3uh8aAhLuEALw_wcB
