Please Give me some idea of how to look for in an MIG welding set

I'm Planing to buy an Mig welding machine but I don't know how to , so many set in the market, some come in 3 in one example : come with 'Mig,Tig, MMA.some with just 2 'Mig and TIG' or Mig /Tig all the price almost the same more or less..should I look for the voltage or the ampere of the out put and is it MIG/TIG is the same Machine and different in the feed Gun???
