Get some drapery hardware at Home Depot or Lowes.
Could you use curtain rod mounting hardware?
If you are using a regular pipe rather than PVC pipe, aluminum pipe or coonduit, you will need a very sturdy flange to support the weight.
With a pipe 10 ft. long you're going to need some HD mounting parts ,curtain rods would never hold up if you're hanging heavy maps on it. Listen to Janice.
