I have painted mine with different colors of left over spray paint and wrapped twine around the necks of the bottles. Some I painted the twine different colors. One I painted a winter scene with acrylic paint over the spray paint. Spray over with poly for protection. Some I decoupodged colorful napkins and one with the Effiel tower with a tower stopper. Some I sprayed with a frosted paint. Some have jewels and some craft jewels, pearl beads and some I just painted on flowers, I purchased wine stoppers for the tops or use the old corks shaved down a bit and glued on all kinds of things. I am still working on more. I have done maybe 20 so far. I just keep getting more and more ideas. I am painting one white with red hearts painted on and a large diamond ring wine bottle stopper. Its for Valentine's day or engaged couple.
