Go to an antique store and look for a pretty birdcage. If it's to high add a decorative chain. You can put a pretty flower arrangement in it or just greenery. Do a drop lamp if you have a couch or chair to help with lighting in the room. That's a couple of ideas!

My house came with one of those hooks, too, and I hung a wind chime from it. An unexpected bonus is that the ceiling fan causes it to gently chime, so I get to enjoy it more than if it were outside.
