How can I make a cement(or similar material) baseball cap form ?

I want to use it in a memorial garden for someone who wore a baseball cap all the time. I want it done in his favorite color.

Google ComposiMold- it's a wax that you heat to soften, press your baseball cap in it to make impression, let wax harden, then fill with concrete or whatever material you decide to use. I have not used it, thinking about buying it to make some molds.
