Do some research and see what similar glasses are bringing (Ebay) then...Take good photos... use a simple background, make sure the detail is clear and get a pic of the mark on the bottom of the glass... and put them on Ebay... or contact a place called "Replacements Etc." (someone may be looking to replace pieces of a set)
Just be aware that you may not get as much for them as you paid.. years ago.
You can also put them on Craigslist or Offerup. You don't need an app for Craigslist but you do for Offerup. I understand Facebook also has a similar service but I've never used it.
See if these links are helpful. Waterford has a very long history. The most of the "newer" pieces are not manufactured in Ireland by craftspeople that handed down their trade from one generation to the next. It is a really long story. Bottom line is that due to corporate shuffle, buy, sell, trade bits of Waterford, it is not worth what it once was, but still has a decent value. I would get at least 3 professional appraisals before pricing your pieces or at least do an extensive Internet search - chances are your pieces are also out there for sale by others.

On any # of web sites or local buy and sell. Ebay and Etsy are two common sites. You may also use the internet to determine what the crystal is worth. Good luck.
Contact Replacements.com
Replacements is a reseller. They need to make a profit. You will never get their full value. Sell on Ebay. That's what I do.
Ebay like William says or take to a local antique shop and see if they will sell it or buy it from you. You can't get much for china or crystal anymore, so be warned.
