How to hang a VERY heavy window on a wall?

this cannot go on a stud... due to the location of the antique window. So... it must be put into dry wall. Help!

hanging it from the ceiling is a clever idea - I have also seen a gallery shelf added to support pieces from below.
Use a French cleat type hanger. It can use several screws with anchors.
