Take one of the shoelaces out of your shoe. Head over to the fabric, craft or hobby store. Choose something that is pretty, yet sturdy enough to be used in place of a shoelace. Measure how much you need by your shoelace times two. Go home, cut ribbon in half, string through the laces on your shoes. If you need help getting ribbon through the holes use a small safety pin to help you pull the ribbon through. All done!
