There are so many kinds of peel and stick tile. Here is a search that has some stores that carry it, but check on sites of online building stores. Even wayfair and overstock usually have these kinds of things. The search also has some videos to help you, too.

My daughter and I have used these in both our kitchens, bought at Menards. Just be careful as once they are stuck to the wall, they are stuck. No grout needed on the ones we used, they look beautiful and easy to mantain.
i used the Smart Tile brand that I picked up at Walmart. They held up very well. Lowes has some peel and stick that is 3 dimensional and absolutely gorgeous. I agree with the need to do some research so you can make the best decision for your needs.
I have used them but they are very sticky not removable because when you pull them up, if you even can pull them up or off the wall, they leave a horrible residue of glue!
Be sure your walls are reasonably smooth, even and flat. We had some difficulty because of slightly bowed walls. If I had tried larger tiles, it wouldn't have worked, but small mosaics were successful.
