If you have a vanity , change it out for a pedestal sink with a larger mirror . -

remember if you put in pedestal sink you lose storage. Light colors, mirrors, no large overpowering med. cabinet. If you have one, get rid of it. I found when I got rid of my glass enclosure around tub and added white shower curtains, I could feel the space expand.look at your toilet. Some take a lot more space then others. Light sparkling clean floor
