I would suggest putting the wooden ones in an antique wire egg 'gathering' basket. Then displaying on an antique stand in the foyer. Also, I have a wooden top made out of two wooden spools. My Grandpa made it for me many years ago. I don't know how. I am almost 76yrs.

Daycares could use them. Paint them bright colors and children can learn hand-eye coordination while trying to string them together like beads. They would be large enough for little hands to grasp.
