How can I repurpose a built in ironing board nook?




I have a wall with an old built in ironing board.I want to use that tiny space for something but not sure what.When the board is open it blocks a hall so whatever I do needs to stay confined to that 1in wide area

What to put in this huge mason jar?

I have a HUGE mason jar. I would like some ideas on what to put in it for decorations, other than flowers.
Add shelves for a display or, if it's in your kitchen, a spice rack.
Leave door on if it has one. Put your laundry supplies, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, other small boxes or cans of something. If it doesn't have a door, how about a small pull down shade to cover it up?
