What clear coat should I use on an outdoor project?

Like flower pots or wooden things.

Thompson water sealer top coat sealer. It is white and dries clear. Many other products work in the same manner. Mod-Pog that seals jig-saw puzzles, and other water based sealers.

Spray them with Rustoleum clear sealer.

Minwax Polycrylic - water based - comes in matte, semi gloss and gloss - I've used it on wood and masonry decorations
