Pure Silicone caulking is used for fish tank corners. Super glue also works if the surfaces are both smooth. I once super-glued a dime to a window and it held for nearly 10 years. Stained glass windows use a copper foil around pieces which are then soldered together. You can also heat the glass and fuse them together - very high heat applied gently for a long time both up and down - quick cooling will crack it. Glass tubing is usually shaped this way with a torch at the bend point as needed. Scientific glassware, neon signs etc.

The best is UV-activated glue, but only if it is clear glass. Otherwise you can choose from E6000, Weldbond and clear silicone.
