Like a beer or wine bottle to thread through a medal rod to make a glass wall or framed area wall outside so the east sun will shine through.

You want a drill bit that can be used on ceramic tile (you can also find one for glass at a stained glass store) and you need to keep it cool while drilling... go slow, less pushing, let the drill bit work, use a spray bottle with water just at the contact point... stick the bottle into a bucket of sand to hold it steady. PATIENCE !!
