Double sided stick on velcro strips help or safety pin it to your box frame if it is covered.
thank you I will give that a try
Velcro has worked for me but also you can hammer the bedskirt directly onto the box frame like this Hometalker: http://www.hometalk.com/diy/decorate/rooms/diy-no-sew-drop-cloth-bed-skirt-17550386?expand_all_questions=1
DIY No Sew Drop Cloth Bed Skirt
BB and has a clear 'screw type' fastener that will go into your box spring and hold the skirt up.
I used safety pins and pinned it to one bed. On another, I used needle and thread and basted it to the box spring. Both work.
"T" pins work, too.
Sew it to 3 sides of an old sheet or mattress cover that is cut to the size of the box spring top.
Twist Pins. Easy peasy. Removable for a less permanent solution. Brand name doesn't matter. See photos.
These are the 'screw-in' type of pins I was talking about. they work great.
Thank you
I took a fitted sheet that coordinates with my duvet cover...stays on and looks so tailored, plus I can change it out!
