Will you offer suggestions to decorate a camper?

Hello- I have a 1996 5th wheel prowler that I would like to "decorate." It is one of those that was built all brown and beige. I don't want to paint walls or cabinets and I don't want to rip out carpet although it is ugly being that mottled rusty brown color. I am not opposed to dying the carpet if someone knows a fail-proof DIY method. The cabinets, closets, and doors are brown fake wood typically found in RVs/campers. My daughter wanted it decorated diva-esque with hot pink, black, white and I have covered the sofa with a black comforter and the dinette benches with black, white, and hot pink crib sheets. The bed has some lovely pale pink sheets and a wide striped down comforter in grey and white. I have some hot pink curtains in the front area and dark grey in the sleeping area. Sounds rather atrocious doesn't it? It isn't very cohesive and not really what I want anyway. I do love the comforter and pink sheets but it just doesn't seem to go with the wood and carpet. Does anyone have any ideas on improvements, color scheme suggestions, any bits of inspiration and advice? I am on the back end of a total home renovation so budget is slim for this project. But I like to recycle, reuse, reinvent and I know the Hometalk community has amazing ideas! Thank you all!

You said you love the sheets and the comforter. Why not go with the grey and white theme with pink accents. Blue would go with the grey, white and pink colors if you want to add another accent color. You could find some rugs that fit into the RV to cover a lot of the brown carpet, you don't have to go designer on the rugs, I am sure you could find some that you could use at Walmart and go for better when you have more budget to work with over time.

I would get a pattern for curtains, pillows or an area rug that incorporates the pink and brown, and then use another colour in it as an accent.

What color are the blinds? You could change them to a custom color to match the bedding and curtains. Generally wood is like blue jeans and goes with anything, you just need to cover the carpet, and even that could blend with a few throw rugs over top.
Maybe do some contact paper on your cabinet doors. Or some contact cutouts. I saw some mirrored tile charcaters in small pieces at Walmart that might look cute.

You will NOT be able to dye an old brown carpet. You can only dye darker. A camper is small. A carpet remnant may be able to be fitted fine. Check at a Habitant for Humanity Restore if they have one in your community. They have lots of building home renovate supplies.
