How do I refinish cedar shiplap walls?
We have cedar ship lap walls in our living room and family room. Is there anything I can do to refinish these dark walls short of tearing them out. Can they be painted? If so what kind of paint and technique can be used?

Hello. I don't think it would be easy to refinish cedar ship lap. Staining it, or painting yes. You'll get a shabby chic look, but that's wonderful. I'd love to see what you come up with.
