You can paint over bathroom tiles. Ask the paint pro at the hardware store for brand recommendations and tools to apply them. -

I my bathtub and tiles painted by a professional and it looks great ! They tape up everything , I wouldn’t attempt to do it yourself , it’s a mess ! Took a few hours , I couldn’t use the shower for 24 hours !! -
