They have a product at HomeDepot made I think by Armstrong call Shine Keeper. You will find it in the flooring center area. It worked great on mine. Good luck

How to shine dull vinyl floors?

To add shine to your vinyl floor, add a few drops of baby oil to the vinegar and water solution. For stubborn scuffs, try putting some WD-40 lubricant or jojoba oil on a towel and rub the area until the scuffs disappear. Clean thoroughly with the vinegar and water solution to remove any traces of lubrication.

Strip any wax off, or Mop n Glow, the floor using lemon ammonia, then apply a coat of an acrylic sealer for your type of floor, check with manufacturer. Simonize Wet Look Floor Sealer and Finish is one.

I use I gallon HOT water 1/2cup vinegar and a few drops of Dr Bronner's 18-1 Hemp Rose Pure Castile Soap. My floor looks amazing and my house smells divine! Then Take a cloth with jojoba oil and rub into your floors for a beautiful shine! A little goes a long way for a natural shine!
