How do I get rid of indentations appliances made in my vinyl floor?

I just had my entire kitchen remodeled. I got the stone looking vinyl roll out floor. They glued it. There are bumps/waves in floor as well. The guy who did it said the bumps would eventually smooth themselves out. But it's been weeks and they're still there. I feel like the floor is never going to look smooth/flat.

try using a hair dryer around the indentations to soften and reform the surface, as the material cools it should pull in the surface flat again eric
