Pull it up and install something like vinyl plank flooring. It is so easy to install, flexible planks that lock together and can be cut with a carpet knife to fit your room. Looks like wood and is easy to care for and durable.
Put a damp cloth over the loose tile then iron over the area. This will remelt and redistribute the glue. When the tile is re-stuck, place something heavy (concrete block, unabridged dictionary, etc) on it until it cools/dries. I've done this in my kitchen and the tile has not come up again. And that was 3-4 years ago!
