What kind of flooring do you have? is it on concrete or wood?
That could be a structural problem. You should call a structural engineer to check everything out before doing a cosmetic repair.
Sounds like there might be a leak and some warping going on..... I would inspect under the floor in your basement/crawl space for any evidence of water staining, leaking pipes.
